Service Level Manager

Infradata is the Network Integrator for organisations whose core business depends on the network infrastructure. Infradata focuses on two specific market segments: Service Provider Networks and Mission Critical Networks. Within these market segments a number of specific customer groups can be distinguished, each of which have their own challenges and for which Infradata offers specific, customer-oriented solutions.

Infradata is an award winning (Golden FD Gazelle Award, Deloitte Fast 50 and Porth4Growth) and very rapidly growing organisation. The company is expanding strongly both in the Netherlands and internationally. 

As a Service Level Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive the service based on the contracts they have signed. This includes co-ordination of activities for the Managed Services portfolio. You will maintain SLA records, report on them to the management and ensure that tickets are being addressed. Ambition, motivation and creativity are absolute conditions for being successful within our company.

Function requires: 

You possess the following knowledge and expertise: 

  • MsC (preferred) or BsC education
  • Minimum 7 years of successful telecom/IT industry experience 
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver consistent results
  • Be in the very heart of the organization and take responsibility for on boarding new services, new customers and maintaining current ones
  • Understand the customer needs, structure and convey these to the organization and devote yourself to address them in the best way possible
  • Coordinate all available resources and lead the efforts to mitigate issues
  • Provide guidance to the internal organization in respect to the ITIL-compliancy processes and procedures and lead the efforts to close the gaps

Additionally you possess the following personal characteristics:

  • Proactive, client- and result-oriented attitude
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication skills and a no-nonsense mentality
  • No nine to five mentality
  • Representative
  • Excellent in Dutch and English
